The Service Coordinator will work with customers and service technicians to schedule service to customers solar systems. The Coordinator should be passionate about helping customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Speak with customers over the phone to schedule service for their solar systems and to remind them of appointments as well as following up on the appointments.
  • Add, cancel or make changes to appointments as necessary with both the customer and the company’s schedule.
  • Resolve appointment conflicts for the staff and customers.
  • Dispatch Service Technicians to customer’s homes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
